Aimless But True Ramblings

These are the aimless, but true ramblings in this person's "so-called life."

I sat under a tree and contemplated the meaning of life. My flip flops lay beside my naked feet as people walked by, immersed in their own lives...talking on their cell phones deep in conversation. Little did they know I sat in their midst, fathoming the great mysteries of life. I realized that sex would be fun in the grass, Mr Softee was God, and that I was thinking far more than I wanted to on this beautiful day. I promptly cut off my chain of thought.

In case you were wondering, I blocked you from my xanga because your harsh words were too much to bear. Yesterday, a single tear rolled down my cheek as I read your comment. I hope you're happy now.

Everyone writes or talks in the style of someone else. Today, who am I copying?

Why are people so fucking mean? I'll leave it at that.

Today was a banner day: I completed both wuzzles, and the entire crossword puzzle in the daily news. I also get to see the Phillies tonight with Dustin! :)

Woohoo go Phils!

Today is spring fling, and after being inducted into Phi Sigma Pi last night, I was told of the Polish Happy Hour for the Greeks which began at 5:30 this morning. I did not participate, because I needed sleep. I also had to go to class.

So I woke up and made it to my first class this morning, but once I saw all the people on campus, and what a nice day it was, I decided to skip the rest. As Tarah says, "Remember, class is for overachievers." Its true. The sad thing is, I was an overachiever at one point. Now, I am just a bum who never shows up to class.

I bought a T-shirt the frat was selling that says the top ten things heard on Temple's campus. Here is the list:

1. Hey buddy, could you spare a quarter?
2. Mom, don't worry, the neighborhood is perfectly safe.
3. How many of your professors speak English?
4. Sick again...must have eaten the caf.
5. There's seven feet of snow outside and Temple still has class!
6. Hey! Who's that guy driving your car?
7. Overslept again 'cause of the 3 a.m. fire alarm.
8. This school has THE BEST 5 year bachelor's program!
9. Temple students: there just more s-m-r-t.
10. Which cardboard box are you living in next year?

Dustin said he'd do Jude Law, too. What is the obsession? :P

"which i can deal with now the fact that today on two seperate occasions that were right after each other mark and beth both had homosexual tendencies towards celebrities.. is this what college is teaching american youth? beth said she wanted to make angelina jolie her sex slave becuase her "tang" as beth called it was tainted by billybob thornton. i can't argue that fact. but mark saying he would make out full nude like with jude law? c'mon we all know jude law would never want to make out with mark...now me on the other hand? i think that jude law would possibly make out with me but i am in a happy and deep relationship...seriously though who can;'t resist jude law he battled the enemy at the gates, he tried to live out every americans dream of killing tom hanks in a gangster era backdrop and well he is practicely the only guy i know that can pull off a pink shirt and still look sophisticated..as of now this journal will be the official unofficial jude law fan club site...no more stories unless they are about jude law or pink shirts and definitely jude law wearing pink shirts. seacrest out!!!" -Leahy

I'd like to state for the record that when I found the boys today, and joined them in checking out an Indian girl's ass (which I have to say was excellent), I brought up my sexual attraction to Angelina Jolie (Billy Bob Thorton was NOT mentioned). As soon as I said that, LEAHY described his fantasy for Jude Law, saying that "If a girl I was with left me for Jude Law, I would go with her." Obviously, college teaching American youth homosexuality has effected him as well! :P

I'd like to say, that Dustin is the best boyfriend ever! :) He taped the Flyers game for me so I could watch it after the wedding! He also walked the whole two hours of the Relay for Life with me from 12-2 in the morning so I wouldn't be doing it alone. I just thought people should know how awesome he is! :)

Sleep is a good thing. :P

Are you Flyered up? Oh yeah, who's gonna take the cup now? The boys in the orange and black, of course! Hahaha...I hate the Devils...and Scott Gomez :P
