Aimless But True Ramblings

These are the aimless, but true ramblings in this person's "so-called life."

This morning, I fell in love with Elizabeth Bishop. There are a few poets that can truly inspire me, but she now ranks with the likes of Jewel (don't laugh), Ginsberg, and Bukowski. Their poetic styles are the basis of my own poetry.

Besides, we kind of do share the same name, and when she speaks of herself in her poems as "Elizabeth" I imagine its me.

I've realized today that I am still a little kid, and I will always be one in my own head, no matter how much my body changes me into an adult.
