"Gravity is working against me." -John Mayer

So I was talking to my dad today about John Mayer, and the evolution of John Mayer's and my relationship. Basically, as John Mayer gets older, I get older too. "Room for Squares" was the angsty teenage album, "Heavier Things" was the transition album, and now "Continuum" is a more mature John Mayer. I have definitely gone through the cycles with him in this, with "Room for Squares" being my angsty teenage self, "Heavier Things" being my transition period, and now "Continuum." Though I'm still in transition I'm much more mature about the transition.

"So scared of getting older....I'm only good at being young."
