Aimless But True Ramblings

These are the aimless, but true ramblings in this person's "so-called life."

There is a scale of perfection that we can use to judge everything. At the top of this scale is perfection, and everything below descends by degrees until you hit imperfection. For example, take the system of grades most schools use to judge the schoolwork completed by students. At the top of the scale is an A+. Everything below that grade is judged according to that ideal grade of perfection. Since everything below it is not perfect, it must be given a lower grade.

The same holds true with humans. Humans are imperfect, but since imperfection stems from perfection, and perfection is greater than imperfection, then there must be a being that exists that is perfect. It is the A+ of the universe, and it is greater than we are. This is God.

In the Great Chain of Being there are many different levels of intellect. These can be distinguished through the ability and inability to question truth. Animals and plants do not have the ability to question, because they lack the intellect and reason. Humans have the ability to question truth because we possess these gifts. However, as we are human and imperfect, we do not always have the answers in our questions of truth. Since there must be an answer to every question, there must exist some being in the Great Chain that possesses the ability to answer our questions of truth. This being is omniscient, and it is that which we label as God.

When we question truth, we begin to understand the concepts of truth and doubt. Some may argue that it is possible for human beings to fulfill the answers in our questions of truth, however, if this is correct than why do we have doubt? Doubt prevents us from answering our questions, but again, because every question must have an answer, there must exist a being that is beyond all doubt and embodies a total essence of truth. This being is Truth, and it is God.

As truth exists in this world, so does fallacy. It is indisputable that truth is greater than fallacy. Truth can be looked at as the origin of fallacy, and it is seen as such because fallacy would not exist without it. Likewise, there must be a source from which we stem, a source of complete truth, since it is understood that humans are fallible. The source of complete truth is God.

Think its convincing enough? Yeah, me neither. We'll see how people like this speech.
